Abstract
Section 41-9-1034 of the Code of Alabama 1975 (Title 41, Chapter 9, Article 43, the Alabama Unarmed Combat Act, formerly the Alabama Boxing, Wrestling, and Mixed Martial Arts Act), Impairment of participant by alcohol or drugs. Prohibits participation while impaired by alcohol or drugs and provides for examination before or after competition.
