Abstract
Section 41-9-1028 of the Code of Alabama 1975 (Title 41, Chapter 9, Article 43, the Alabama Unarmed Combat Act, formerly the Alabama Boxing, Wrestling, and Mixed Martial Arts Act), Alabama Athletic Commission - Conflict of interest. Prohibits Commission members and employees from financial interests in entities that promote events under the Commission's jurisdiction.
