Abstract
Section 41-9-1025 of the Code of Alabama 1975 (Title 41, Chapter 9, Article 43, the Alabama Unarmed Combat Act, formerly the Alabama Boxing, Wrestling, and Mixed Martial Arts Act), Alabama Athletic Commission - Executive Director. Provides for the Commission's executive director, who issues licenses and identification cards and enforces the article. Legislative history as currently codified: Act 2009-622, p. 1872, §6; Act 2013-285, p. 961, §1. The copy published by the Alabama Athletic Commission is current through Act 2019-540.
